MSSD History class was founded in Spring 2018 for the first time ever. We gather information about MSSD, which has been displaced all over campus. Our goal is to document everything that is related to MSSD and share it with you.

As we commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of MSSD, it is a proactive approach to teach our MSSD students in developing the skills to become historians and gain educational research experiences. The course presents a real opportunity for MSSD students to take part in a collaborative community effort with MSSD/Kendall/Gallaudet librarians & archivists and MSSD alumni to work with them in order to conduct historical research through documenting powerful stories which MSSD students want to share with others.
